We know SCEP (Systematic Code Enforcement Program) inspections. If you are buying a multi-unit property in the City of Los Angeles, we will urge you to ask the seller to provide you with a copy of the most recent SCEP inspection as part of the seller’s disclosure.

We know Tenant Relocation Assistence, and we will assure that this provision of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance is adequately addressed in your offer to purchase.
